• college or above‚ preferably majoring in hr‚ insurance or english
• minimum 1-year operation experience in the area of hr‚ insurance‚ or outsourcing service.
• strong communication and customer service skills
• strong attention to details and accuracy
• self-motivated and able to work independently
• ability to prioritize‚ meet tight deadline‚ and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
• proficient with various software applications‚ such as microsoft word and excel‚ excellent excel is a plus.
